Checks and money orders are accepted and must be received with 7 business days from placing order. Once checks have cleared, your order will be shipped. Cash will not be accepted through the mail. |

** Free Shipping is not included for any Liberator Shapes products. Shipping costs are included in the price. Liberator products are shipped to the continental 48 as FedEx Ground 3-5 day delivery. We do not offer overnight or 2nd day service on these products.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $15 surcharge. All orders shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will ship via USPS

Product Exchanges and Refunds
Defective merchandise can be exchanged for identical product within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the health and safety regulations and the nature of our products we cannot take any returns or issue refunds on any intimate apparel.
Lotions, creams, oils, novelties and candles cannot be returned if the packaging seal has been broken and/or the product has been used.
Due to the ease of duplication, movie DVD's and music CD's may only be returned if the package seal has not been opened.
If an item is returned due to defects and the replacement item is not immediately available, we will ship out the item as soon as it is in stock at Rx For Romance.
For exchanges, please email us at info@rxforromance.com and include your name, order number and the product you would like to exchange. We will email you an exchange confirmation number for you to enclose with your postpaid shipment to us containing the exchanged or defective product.
Note: Please check to insure batteries are inserted correctly before requesting a defective item exchange. |

Shipping Information & Restrictions
All items are discreetly packaged in a brown box or shipping carrier package/box labeled "RXF, LLC" which is our corporate name. Please contact us if alternative shipping methods are needed.
All in-stock orders will ship out within 2 business days (except holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation from us via your email address with a tracking number upon order shipment. You will be able to track your order online if shipped via FEDX.
FedEx Ground transit time is 1-3 days West Coast and 3-6 days East Coast (Monday Friday).
Please note that in the event of an extreme weather catastrophe, RXF, LLC cannot make any guarantees in regards to shipping transit times.
Most orders ship from Washington State . Some items may be shipped in separate shipments or from a different location. Items that ship from a separate location do not always ship the same day as the rest of the buyers order does. There may be a time zone delay for these orders.
In the unlikely event that an item you have purchased is on backorder or temporally out of stock, your backordered item will be shipped to you at our expense as soon as it is available. |
